Welcome to GT, or Girls into Technology. The goal of this site is to get high school girls from around the world more interested in Science and Technology, but it's also helpful for any high school student interested in college! First off, let me congratulate you on taking the first step towards an awesome career in an increasingly important field -- Technology! You don't have to be a 4.0 honors student or enroll in M.I.T. to work with technology. There are lots of colleges out there starving for female technologists and scientists from all kinds of different backgrounds. All it takes to have a career in the sciences and growing technology field is interest and dedication.
